Is it possible to modify my order, and is there an additional charge for this service?
Unfortunately, after you've made the order, you cannot modify it. It is not possible to add or remove any products. The order may be canceled, though, and a new one can be placed.
What if I wish to change the delivery address after placing the order?
You cannot alter the delivery address once you have placed your purchase. The order can be cancelled, and a new one with the desired address. You can contact our customer care hotline service and if possible the team will facilitate.
Can the delivery date be changed?
Please coordinate with our customer care Centre. We are always on schedule with our packaging and deliveries.
What is the typical processing time for orders?
The time it takes to complete and ship an order is typically between 1 and 2 days.
How can I be assured that my order is placed successfully?
After placing the order, you will receive an email containing the product information and a confirmation message.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel the order.
What should I expect after placing my order?
Lean back and relax! Once your order has been verified, we will send you an email, WhatsApp message or SMS with the order number and tracking information. After that, you may track your order under “MY ORDERS” section of your Fepy Account.
Can I expect a receipt for my purchase?
Yes, you will receive a physical copy of the order confirmation along with your product once the purchase has been approved. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order with all the details.
Once I have ordered from Fepy what documents will be required for receiving the delivery?
Delivery will take place at the location you specify when placing your order. Our delivery team will need identification verification of the receiver at the moment of delivery by referencing to relevant document.
I Have Placed An Order But I Haven't Received A Confirmation Email. What Does This Mean?
Immediately following the placement of your order, you will get an email order confirmation. If you don't get the email, check your spam folder to see if you can find it (mark the email as "Not as Spam" to get it in your inbox). If still not found; please contact our customer support team.
Is it possible to request the hold of my order if I am unavailable during delivery?
To let us know about such a situation, please get in touch with our Customer Care line. We will do our best to follow your directions. However, we can only hold your orders for shipping for a maximum of nine days after the order date.
