Unfortunately, after you've made the order, you cannot modify it. It is not possible to add or remove any products. The order may be canceled, though, and a new one can be placed.
What if I wish to change the delivery address after placing the order?
You cannot alter the delivery address once you have placed your purchase. The order can be cancelled, and a new one with the desired address. You can contact our customer care hotline service and if possible the team will facilitate.
Can the delivery date be changed?
Please coordinate with our customer care Centre. We are always on schedule with our packaging and deliveries.
What is the typical processing time for orders?
The time it takes to complete and ship an order is typically between 1 and 2 days.
How can I be assured that my order is placed successfully?
After placing the order, you will receive an email containing the product information and a confirmation message.

Once I have ordered from Fepy what documents will be required for receiving the delivery?
Delivery will take place at the location you specify when placing your order. Our delivery team will need identification verification of the receiver at the moment of delivery by referencing to relevant document.
I Have Placed An Order But I Haven't Received A Confirmation Email. What Does This Mean?
Immediately following the placement of your order, you will get an email order confirmation. If you don't get the email, check your spam folder to see if you can find it (mark the email as "Not as Spam" to get it in your inbox). If still not found; please contact our customer support team.

Rest assured, we do not store your card details. At no point do we receive/store your card details. You are redirected to the respective bank's secure payment site when you enter the card details. The bank exchanges the data provided by you with your card-issuing bank through a Secured Socket Layer. Your card issuing bank authorizes or rejects the transaction, based on which we process or reject the order.
